DIMENSIONS:<\/strong> Frame Length; It is made in different sizes depending on the chassis length and request. The case width is 2550 rnm from outside to outside.<\/p>\n

COVERS: <\/strong>Side covers can be made of wood, imported MDF, sheet metal or special alloy aluminum. Cover sizes and quantity are made according to request. The back cover has a damper system and can be opened in 3 different ways.<\/p>\n

ADDITIONS<\/strong> Height size and quantity can be changed according to the height of the case. Additions are removable and hinged.<\/p>\n

TIPPER BASE FRAME:<\/strong> It is made of 160 NPU and double closure. Base gratings are assembled with automatic gas metal arc welding machines using \ud83d\ude2f NPI in dense or sparse form upon request. The base sheet is 4-5 mm thick and if desired, the resistance time can be increased with Hardo.\/400 steel sheet.<\/p>\n

REAR AXIS SHAFT:<\/strong> 0100 mm and St 60 quality, bushings are bronze plated.<\/p>\n

TELESCOPIC CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC COMPONENTS:<\/strong> Specifications and number of telescopic hydraulic lifts: It is determined in the most appropriate way based on the length and working conditions of the tipper. Heavy duty brand cylinders of our own production are installed. Damper Pneumatically Operated, double speed lowering valve. Damper gearbox and pump are coupled type with limit control safety valve. The air and hydraulic hoses and fittings used comply with EU standards.<\/p>\n

USED SHEET METAL :<\/strong> It is completely Ere\u011fli Demir \u00c7elik product and has St37 and St52 quality.<\/p>\n

PAINT: <\/strong>After all surfaces are completely deburred and cleaned with chemical liquids, two coats of paint are applied on epoxy primer.<\/p>\n

CHASSIS <\/strong>The chassis is made of high-strength steel with “I” cross-section and the strength is ensured by automatic gas metal arc welding machines, taking into account the difficult terrain conditions and overload.<\/p>\n

AIR SUSPENSION:<\/strong> Height adjustment system with lowering and lifting. Supported by Z truss and suspension bellows.<\/p>\n

FRONT AXLE LIFT: <\/strong>Front axle lifting and lowering system located inside the cabin.<\/p>\n

TIRE <\/strong>6+1 tubeless tires in 385\/65 R22.5 size.<\/p>\n

FOOT <\/strong>Double-speed mechanical leg with a carrying capacity of 24 tons each.<\/p>\n

BRAKE<\/strong> The brake components used are in EU Standards and designed from WABC0 brand products.<\/p>\n

AIR HARDWARE: <\/strong>The air required for air suspension, front axle lift, brake circuit and ABS circuit is used from the air tank. The hoses used in this installation are polyamide and resistant to air pressure.<\/p>\n

KING-PIN<\/strong> 2″ SAE\/DIN compliant KingPin made of high strength forged steel.<\/p>\n
