CHASSIS<\/strong> It is manufactured from high-strength steel with “I” cross-section and welded construction with gas welding machines in accordance with the intended use and carrying capacity of the Lowbed Trailer, taking into account overloads.<\/p>\n

DINGL: <\/strong>3 x 12 tons, or 3 x 14 tons capacity with air suspension, bottom flat scissor load and height adjustable shock absorber support. Brand is optional.<\/p>\n

DIMENSION:<\/strong>Length; 8500 – 10500 mm depending on customer request and intended use. Total Length; 12300 mm – 14300 mm. Width; 2550 – 3300 mm varies upon request.<\/p>\n

PLATFORM HEIGHT:<\/strong>It is determined according to the transportation purpose of the Lowbet Trailer. Generally between 900 mm and 1050 mm.<\/p>\n

RAMPS:<\/strong>Optionally pneumatic or hydraulic system.<\/p>\n

PLATFORM MATERIAL:<\/strong> Lowbed<\/a> trailer’s platform top center front part is 3\/4 sheet metal, rear center part is 8 mm (bucket placement sheet) with travertine support, wheel tops are covered with 8 mm sheet metal. KTM (Rubber Base Material) is used as standard on the sides with track contact areas.<\/p>\n

USED SHEET METAL :<\/strong> It is completely Ere\u011fli Demir \u00c7elik product and has St37 and St52 quality.<\/p>\n

PAINT: <\/strong>After all surfaces are completely deburred and cleaned with chemical liquids, two coats of paint are applied on epoxy primer.<\/p>\n

PARK STEP <\/strong>2\u00d724 tons capacity double speed mechanical leg<\/p>\n

AIR SUSPENSION:<\/strong> Height adjustment system with lowering and lifting. Supported by Z truss and suspension bellows.<\/p>\n

ACCESSORIES: <\/strong>89 \/ 297 \/ EC regulation as stipulated by the side protection device, spare wheel carrier, mudguard, 30 liter plastic water tank, reflector, plastic wheel chock, other warning and warning signs<\/p>\n

TIRES: <\/strong>245\/70 R 19.5 – 265\/70 R 19.5 – 295\/60 R 22.5 (varies according to demand.)<\/p>\n

FOOT <\/strong>Double-speed mechanical leg with a carrying capacity of 24 tons each.<\/p>\n

BRAKE<\/strong> The brake components used are in EU Standards and designed from WABC0 brand products.<\/p>\n
